Established in 2013, Hybrid Electronics builds on a legacy of PCB manufacturing that began in 1992 under the name Copper Track System. With over three decades of industry experience, we have developed strong expertise in delivering reliable, highquality, and cost-effective Printed Circuit Board (PCB) solutions to meet the evolving needs of businesses across industries. Design File Review
Initial review of PCB design data and manufacturing requirements.
Getting It Right Before We Make Anything
A good PCB starts long before any machine touches it. Before we manufacture anything, our team checks your design files carefully, so we can catch problems early instead of after the board is made. This step saves time, money, and a lot of headaches later.
Checking Your Files
We open up your design files (Gerber, ODB++, drill files, and more) and make sure everything we need is there and correct.
Spotting Problems Early
We look for anything that might cause issues during manufacturing—things like spacing, clearances, or layout—before production starts.
Getting Production Ready
Once everything checks out, we prepare the files for the actual machines—drilling, routing, masking, and more.
